I read this after I stumbled on the movie. Awesome! I also started the series and am on book 3. Wow! Sometimes I stop and say is this real? But it makes sense! Thank you for spreading the word about this awesome story and hopefully inspiring many to try to do our lives a little better!!

You literally ate fish and were low in iodine or some other simple explanation. If Veganism was real to you you had plenty of info to make it work. You were never Vegan. Also you too fasting to the extreme without pacing it. I feel that you used things like U.T more for the shock factor and did not truly stick to it. I have been doing it for 5 years. Someone who truly notices the benefits and soul recognition from doing it would not stop. Veganism is for real souls with real empathy for animals. Just a beautiful talk.. love it. ❤ it's starts with anger and using that as motivation.. and suddenly sadness appears as soon as you're quiet en sensitive enough to hear ur wounds. After that love arises.. you understand ur pain, and in that way you understand others pain. From there forgiveness will happen by itself, because understanding is forgiveness. And by understanding you understand there is nothing to forgive... because we are all acting from our wounds.. and the only way forward is to heal our shit, and to embody that love forward.. and from there we will automatically heal our collective by being a catalyst for each other.. we are all one ... lost in our conditioning and trying to come back to wholeness.. much love ❤

Massive respect for you making this video. I am familiar with the books you mention and such practices have added greatly to my health during the 15 years that I have been vegan so far. Indeed what makes up Health is very layered, and seeking only diet or only exercise or only feeling good as the key to holistic health is not very proactive. In my experience, a vegan (whole foods, no mystery meats) diet is only adding to someone's health, even if there are other issues still there along the way.

Hi Tim. I started watching you in 2016, just after I had discovered the emotional connection you describe here. I can very much relate to where you are at now. Being able to see the bigger picture but knowing there is a lot of work left to do. Especially being a person who viewed life very much through the intellectual/analytical gaze. I also tried to solve all my physical health problems only on the physical side, with emotions being something I avoided like the plague, and no idea of their key role in physical health. Its so very hard to make that shift when you've never known anything else, and have grown up in a culture where that kind of exploration isn't encouraged, especially for men (I'm from north Notts). It took me a few years, but once I had healed enough emotionally and physically, I was able to adopt the vegan lifestyle that felt so aligned and "right" to me. And I owe it all to focusing on my inner emotional and spiritual self. I always admired your honesty, authenticity and desire to find truth, even when I could see you were likely going down the wrong path. Hope you have progressed well over the last year. Best wishes

Hi Tim. Enjoyable listen during my breakfast on a "critical" day for me. I studied divine truth for 5 years met J&S in London. I bumped into Mary before the event on the street. And instead of a warm welcome she slighted me and walked ahead with disinterest. My addiction and injuries not being met! I eventualky left DT because it was overwhelming never ending journey where i was misserable- enlightened but misserable. BUT the teachings are the foundation of my core beliefs of who I am.I think once you absorb the truths then they stay forever. Also you can see through peoples BS super easy. by accident im on another old channel of mine so my old subs channels have popped up. Hence hearing this and realising how much I have strayed from the truths. So you doing these types of videos has a greater meaning. If you want to chat I would like that. I have some old animated videos about the structure of the universe BUT im a 58 year old woman (from the Uk living in Italy ) and i cannot say i would not have some addiction on the male female dynamic. Anyhoo. I'll email you. Right now liztening to this im thinking to truth my boss at work my coworkers and landlord...because we live in so many sociatal traps.

Thanks for this Tim, I followed you through your vegan journey and always saw you as authentic, if nothing else. I truly hope you can find peace with your past tramas. I've been vegan 13 years now without issues, 12 years high fruit and now fully fruitarian. Once you realize this is how God designed us (Genesis 1:29) you can't ignore it. I've drawn closer to God and His purposes for humans on this lifestyle. I'm sorry it didn't serve you, but there is far too much info in the raw food world that is complicating something that God made so simple for us. Eat fruit. Don't fast. Don't take supplements. Get in the sunshine. Don't use any mouth products, even natural ones. Avoid fats, even avos, none of them were in the Garden of Eden. Play and enjoy your food, love God and love your neighbours. The Adam and Eve lifestyle is best for all types of healing, emotional and spiritual included. Best wishes to you friend.
